Variation to Terms and Conditions. The Employer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to these and any other agreed terms and conditions of employment.   • Specific Terms and Conditions To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 4, Implementation Services, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 4 Implementation Services.
