Variation to Terms and Conditions. The Employer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to these and any other agreed terms and conditions of employment. Minor changes of detail (e.g. in procedures) may be made from time to time and will be effected by a general notice to employees.   • General Terms and Conditions During the term of this Contract, Contractor agrees to procure and maintain insurance which meets all County’s requirements in the General Terms and Conditions.

  • Specific Terms and Conditions To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 4, Implementation Services, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 4 Implementation Services. All Services covered under Lot 4 – Implementation Services must be performed within CONUS.
