Variations of Agreement. Both Parties hereto may amend these terms and conditions or to introduce new terms and conditions. Any such variations or amendment or introduction will become effective and binding on the Sub Merchant upon notification to the Sub Merchant by ordinary post and if the Sub Merchant is unwilling to accept such variation or amendment or introduction, the Sub Merchant shall notify the Master Merchant in writing by Registered Post within five days from the receipt of the notification by the Master Merchant.
Variations of Agreement. 12.1 The provisions of the agreement may be varied from time to time by an exchange of letters signed by the Chief Executive Officer or delegate and the Practitioner.

Variations of Agreement. Unless required by legislative changes, this Agreement may be varied by the consent of the parties and shall be in writing. In any case, where one party seeks to make a variation, the other party will endeavour to respond to the other within 25 working days.
Variations of Agreement. C1 The parties to this agreement may agree to vary any or all of its provisions during the term of this agreement, subject to the E TŪ and TEU ratification processes. Any agreed variation will be recorded in writing and signed by the parties.
Variations of Agreement. Any variation to this agreement will be mutually agreed between the parties and shall be in writing and signed by both parties. The proposal shall outline the variation sought, the reasons for the variation, the employees potentially affected and the likely effect on the employees concerned. After the Parties consult on the proposal the variation will be taken to the affected membership for ratification. The proposed variation will be ratified if the majority of affected employees eligible to vote; vote in favour of the variation. On ratification, the parties to the variation will sign the ratified variation to seal agreement. The variation will be included in the Collective Agreement at the next negotiations unless otherwise agreed, i.e., a trial.
Variations of Agreement. 13.1. The provisions of the agreement may be varied from time to time in writing signed by the Chief Executive Officer or delegate and the Preferred Supplier. 14. Law 14.1. This agreement will be governed by the laws of Queensland.
