Common use of Vehicle based test Clause in Contracts

Vehicle based test. Compliance with the requirements of the acceptance criteria of paragraph 6.4.1.3. below may be demonstrated by REESS(s) installed in vehicles that have been subjected to vehicle crash tests in accordance with Regulation No. 12, Annex 3 or Regulation No. 94, Annex 3 for frontal impact, and Regulation No. 95, Annex 4 for side impact. The ambient temperature and the SOC shall be in accordance with the said Regulations. The approval of a REESS tested under this paragraph shall be limited to the specific vehicle type.
