Vehicle Specifications. The department agrees to furnish patrol vehicles which have a minimum of one hundred six (106) inch wheelbase and are equipped with air conditioning. Upon mutual agreement of the Chief of Police and the Local Association Executive Board, vehicles used for other purposes may be equipped with a minimum wheelbase less than one hundred six (106) inches.
