Vendor’s Project Team Sample Clauses

Vendor’s Project Team. Vendor shall assign each of the individuals identified in Schedule 5.1.1 attached hereto to the respective positions indicated therein with respect to the Project (all such individuals and any replacements therefor, and any other successors to such positions, collectively, Vendor’s “Key Personnel“). Any replacements or successor Key Personnel shall be subject to the Board’s interview and approval of the applicable individual and Vendor shall make all such individuals available for interviewing by the Board within fourteen (14) days of assignment and arrival at the Project site. Any such individuals not approved by the Board shall be replaced by Vendor in accordance with Section 5.1.
