VENTILATION CHANNELS. New blocks of ventilation channels - labeled VE1 to VE4 shall be constructed. These vents will be used to connect HVAC ducts for ventilation of selected areas. New vents are designed as flexible metallic pipes, which will run vertically through all floors of the building. Vertical pipes of the vents, when they meet the rooms are closed with gypsum board desks on a new structural steel system (for further details see the drawings number 1 to 9 – Annex no. 2 of the Contract Amendment no. 1). Outfall of ventilation channels will be above the roof deck. Part of blocks ventilation ducts are also openings for ventilation for further pipe connections. Ceilings and floor part in the passage channels shall be sealed.

  • Ventilation Where noxious or poisonous gases may accumulate, the City shall provide proper protection and ventilation. Proper lighting and ventilation shall be provided for all enclosed working spaces. All work in enclosed and confined spaces shall be performed in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local regulations. Spray painting shall be done only by qualified painters.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • HVAC A. Heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment will be provided with sufficient capacity to accommodate a maximum population density of one (1) person per one hundred fifty (150) square feet of useable floor area served, and a combined lighting and standard electrical load of 3.0 xxxxx per square foot of useable floor area. In the event Tenant introduces into the Premises personnel or equipment which overloads the system’s ability to adequately perform its proper functions, Landlord shall so notify Tenant in writing and supplementary system(s) may be required and installed by Landlord at Tenant’s expense, if within fifteen (15) days Tenant has not modified its use so as not to cause such overload.
