Verification of Safeguards Infinite. Campus shall provide or make available to the District for review, the following, verifying administrative, physical and technical safeguards are in compliance with industry standards and best practices: (1) a third-party network security audit report, or (2) certification from Infinite Campus indicating that an independent vulnerability or risk assessment of data security program has occurred.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.

  • Physical Safeguards USAC and the Department agree to maintain all automated matching records in a secured computer environment that includes the use of authorized access codes to restrict access. Those records will be maintained under conditions that restrict access to persons who need them for official duties related to the matching process. The user’s supervisor will ensure that USAC or the Department are notified when a user has departed or duties have changed so the user no longer needs access to the system, to ensure timely deletion of the user’s account and password.

  • Information Safeguards Business Associate will develop, document, implement, maintain and use appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards to preserve the integrity and confidentiality of and to prevent non-permitted use or disclosure of PHI created for or received from Recipient or its Subsidiaries.   • Contractor and Subcontractor Registration Requirements Prior to the award of the Contract or Task Order, Contractor and Contractor’s subcontractors and suppliers must register with the City’s web-based vendor registration and bid management system. The City may not award the Contract until registration of all subcontractors and suppliers is complete. In the event this requirement is not met within the time frame specified by the City, the City reserves the right to rescind the Contract award and to make the award to the next responsive and responsible proposer of bidder.
