Video Production Services. Video recording services are available for academic events during normal business hours. Requests by faculty and staff for recording of on-campus events will be honored based on the availability of Institutional Technology Helpdesk technician.
Video Production Services. Spinco shall have the exclusive right to provide to Aetna video taping and editing services as set forth on SCHEDULE 10 annexed hereto and made a part hereof, as such may be amended by the parties, at the location (and only at said location) and pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in said SCHEDULE 10 (the "VIDEO PRODUCTION SERVICES").
