Costs Covered. City shall cover the following costs, provided such costs are, in City’s sole discretion, (1) actual, necessary, and pre-approved by the City either through assignments, as set forth herein, or otherwise In Writing utilizing Exhibit D, and
Costs Covered. City shall cover the following costs, provided such costs are, in City’s sole discretion, (1) actual, necessary, and pre-approved by the City either through assignments, as set forth herein, or otherwise In Writing, and (2) properly supported by itemized receipts to be and/or payroll records submitted along with the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, and supported by all of the documentation set forth in Exhibit C. Any costs incurred by Agency prior to receiving pre-approval pursuant to subsection (1) of this Section 7.1, are incurred at Agency’s own risk.
Costs Covered. Effective November 14, 2002, the Hospital will reimburse eligible nurses for a percentage of their registration, laboratory and tuition fees for approved courses as follows: REGULARLY SCHEDULED HOURS PER WEEK PERCENTAGE OF REIMBURSEMENT MAX. REIMBURSEMENT PER YEAR (September 1 to September 1) 36-40 75% $1500 per year 30-35 56 ¼% $1000 per year
