Costs Covered. City shall cover the following costs, provided such costs are, in City’s sole discretion, (1) actual, necessary, and pre-approved by the City either through assignments, as set forth herein, or otherwise In Writing, and (2) properly supported by itemized receipts to be and/or payroll records submitted along with the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, and supported by all of the documentation set forth in Exhibit C. Any costs incurred by Agency prior to receiving pre-approval pursuant to subsection (1) of this Section 7.1, are incurred at Agency’s own risk.
Costs Covered. Consultant Services and the Fees associated covers and includes the below at no additional cost to the City: 8.2.1 Wages and/or salaries. 8.2.2 All payments mandated by law, including without limitation, social security and Medicare taxes, insurance (Worker's Compensation, Employer's Liability, Unemployment). 8.2.3 Any contributions to pension or retirement plans. 8.2.4 Vacation and holiday pay. 8.2.5 All other fringe and supplemental benefits. 8.2.6 All expenses incurred by personnel of the Consultant in the performance of the Services hereunder, including, but not limited to, travel expenses, tolls, parking, meals, lodging, expediting costs, attendance of all meetings, etc. 8.2.7 All expenses incurred by the Consultant with respect to home office general facilities including, but not limited to, rental cost or depreciation factor, light, heat and water, telephone charges, including all charges for calls to the job site and the Agency, telegraph, sales, estimating expenses, accounting fees and bookkeeping expenses, electronic data processing services, including programming and rental equipment, dues and subscriptions, stationery, printing and postage (including mailing of plans and specifications), office and any other miscellaneous expenses. 8.2.8 All expenses incurred by the Consultant with respect to applicable taxes of any kind whatsoever, other than sales and use taxes, including without limitation, federal, state and local income tax and any franchise or other business taxes. 8.2.9 All insurance coverage determined by the Agency to be necessary for the performance of all required Services hereunder, including without limitation: (i) the minimum insurance requirements as set forth in Article 7 of Appendix A; (ii) all insurance required by law, and

  • Costs, Expenses Each party hereto shall bear its own costs in connection with the preparation, execution and delivery of this Agreement.
