VIDEO TAPING. It is common practice for the District to video tape presentations to show at a later date to new staff and other District Personnel. VIDEO TAPING. A technique that may be employed for employee performance evaluation may include the video taping of a lesson. After discussion with the employee in a post evaluation conference, the tape will be given to the employee who will erase and return it. There shall be no duplication of the video tape; the intent of the parties being only the original tape will be used for evaluation and discussion purposes.

VIDEO TAPING. Video taping of classroom presentations can be a valuable tool toward improvement of teaching techniques. No such taped presentation shall be viewed by other than the teacher involved and his/her supervisors without the permission of the teacher. No teacher shall be forced to participate in this type of activity.

VIDEO TAPING. The student may be video taped at anytime, for any reason. The Student agrees to allow the School to use the tape to promote the School in any media form, as evidence in court, as a teaching tool, to refine the lesson plans, with no compensation to the student.
