VIDEO TAPING. City reserves the right to video and/or audiotape any and all training sessions, whether held at City site, Vendor site, or via teleconference. Use of such tapes shall be strictly for City staff training purposes.

I give my permission for my presentation to be video taped by the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District. VIDEO TAPING. Due to the advances in video equipment and telephone video technology, and for the safety and security of our members and guests, any and all video equipment may not be used. The YMCA requests that cell phone not be used for any purpose in locker rooms and bathroom facilities. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES. Only employees of The YMCA of Western Monmouth County may provide services to members and guests on our premises. This includes personal training, swim instruction, sports-specific training and all other instruction. Any member or guest believed to be providing such services will be advised to immediately discontinue the activity. Failure to do so will result in prompt dismissal from the premises and will no longer be able be to use YMCA facilities or participants in programs.

VIDEO TAPING. The student may be video taped at anytime, for any reason. The Student agrees to allow the School to use the tape to promote the School in any media form, as evidence in court, as a teaching tool, to refine the lesson plans, with no compensation to the student.
VIDEO TAPING. Video taping of classroom presentations can be a valuable tool toward improvement of teaching techniques. No such taped presentation shall be viewed by other than the teacher involved and his/her supervisors without the permission of the teacher. No teacher shall be forced to participate in this type of activity.
VIDEO TAPING. This is a lovely way to preserve the memory of your ceremony for a lifetime. Video taping is allowed by someone of your choosing. Plans for your reception at Lifepoint Church are also handled through the Pastor’s Secretary. Outside catering is permitted. All caterers must be officially licensed. Reception must conclude within 2.5 hours from time wedding begins (i.e., a wedding that begins at 7 PM must end by 9:30 PM). The custodian will begin cleaning at that time.
VIDEO TAPING. A technique that may be employed for employee performance evaluation may include the video taping of a lesson. After discussion with the employee in a post evaluation conference, the tape will be given to the employee who will erase and return it. There shall be no duplication of the video tape; the intent of the parties being only the original tape will be used for evaluation and discussion purposes.
