Viewing Personnel Files. Any employee shall have the right, during their off duty time but within regular office hours, to examine and/or obtain copies of any material from his/her personnel file at the applicable copy charge. Alternatively, the employee may authorize his/her union xxxxxxx to obtain the materials from his/her personnel file. Employees shall be permitted to prepare a separate written response to evaluations and/or discipline in his/her personnel file and such written response shall be placed in the employee's personnel file.
