Violence in the Workplace. Should an employee become a victim of an act of violence or threatened act of violence in the workplace, the Employer shall perform the following; (a) The Employer shall immediately conduct an investigation into the act or threatened act of violence; (b) A written report shall be produced by Management within seven (7) days of the Employer becoming aware of the incident; (c) The Union shall be provided with a copy of this report; (d) No complainant shall suffer loss of wages or benefits while the matter is pending resolution; (e) This Article does not limit Management’s ability to discipline employees.
