M-1 (a) Definition of Violence The Employer agrees that no form of verbal, physical, sexual, racial or other abuse which may cause physical or psychological injury or that gives a person reason to believe that s/he or another person is at risk of physical and or psychological injury will be condoned in the workplace. Any employee who believes the situation to be abusive shall report this to the immediate supervisor who will take every precaution reasonable to rectify the abusive situation.
