Violent or Dangerous Behaviour Clause Samples
Violent or Dangerous Behaviour. Violent or dangerous behaviour which poses a serious threat to the safety or wellbeing of another person or to the school may lead to the suspension of the student until a parental conference can be arranged. Repetition of such behaviour may result in expulsion. In case of overtly violent or injurious behavior, the school reserves the right to expel the perpetrator immediately. In case of one or especially repeated breach of the aforementioned rules of behaviour or other rules of behaviour, which can be found in the annual Parent Student Handbook and School Policy, BIS might be entitled to terminate this School Agreement for cause.
