Common use of Visiting Work Sites Clause in Contracts

Visiting Work Sites. Authorized representatives of the Union may, after notifying the 8 County official in charge, visit the work location of employees covered by this Agreement at any 9 reasonable time for purposes related to responsibilities as the collective bargaining agent, including 10 the investigation of grievances, but shall not conduct union business on County time.
