MEMBERSHIP ACCESS. Membership commences on the date stated on the membership agreement. A member must present his or her membership card for admittance to the centre. Admittance may be refused if a Member fails to provide their card on request of centre staff. An administration fee will be charged to replace lost /damaged or stolen cards. Membership is personal to the “Member” and the membership card cannot be assigned or transferred to another person unless authorized by the center. Membership entitles you to access all YMCANSW facilities in line with the Terms and Conditions of the YMCA Reciprocal Rights program.
MEMBERSHIP ACCESS. Authorized representatives of the Union may have reasonable 15 access to its members in County facilities for transmittal of information or representation purposes 16 before work and during lunch breaks or other regular breaks as long as the work of the County 17 employees and services to the public are unimpaired. Prior to contacting members in County 18 facilities, such authorized agents shall make arrangements with the Division Director/designee and 19 the Human Resources Division.
MEMBERSHIP ACCESS. Member will be issued an access code, which will entitle Member to enter the premises and enjoy the use and benefit of the facilities of Iron Addiction (collectively, the "Facility"). Member agrees not to allow any other person(s) access to the Facility using Member's access code, and Member will not allow anyone to enter the Facility along with Member. Member agrees to safeguard the identity of the access code. Should Member violate any conditions of Membership Access, the membership may be revoked with no refund, and criminal prosecution may be applicable.
MEMBERSHIP ACCESS. ClubActive agrees to provide the Facilities and Services to members in accordance with this Agreement. The location listed on your membership application will be your home club. Membership starts on the date stated on your application form. You need to present your membership card for admittance to the club. You may be refused entry if you can’t provide your membership card on request by staff. A fee of $2 will be charged to replace lost or stolen membership cards. You are not permitted to allow anyone else to use your membership card. If you do so, your membership may be cancelled immediately without notice.
MEMBERSHIP ACCESS. 3.1 Membership is open only to Customers acting for professional purposes. By registering to the SEA REWARD Program, the Customer recognizes that he acts for professional purposes.
3.2 At the SEA REWARD launch, each customer that has been active on SPOT ON during the past 12 months will be automatically onboarded on the Sea Reward Program, except for customers with an existing commercial agreement with CMA CGM which already benefit from a volume-based discount.
3.3 If a customer does not wish to benefit from the Sea Reward Program, the customer can notify CMA CGM via the link available on the SEA REWARD registration page.
3.4 If a Customer with an existing commercial agreement wishes to join the SEA REWARD Program, the Customer shall contact its sales contact. The Customer acknowledges that the Bookings made on SPOT ON under the SEA REWARD Program cannot benefit from the volume-based discount negotiated under the existing commercial agreement.
3.5 After the SEA REWARD launch, all new SPOT ON Customers shall opt in the SEA REWARD Program on the CMA CGM website via the dedicated SEA REWARD registration page to become a Member and accept formally the Terms and Conditions of the Program. CMA CGM reserves the right to carry out at any time any verification that may prove the identity and/or contact details of the Customer.
3.6 Upon becoming a Member of the SEA REWARD Program, the Member accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
3.7 The Member Personal Dashboard shall be identified via the Business Partner Code allocated to each Customer and shall not be transferred to any third party.
3.8 The Member Personal Dashboard contains a percentage displayed in a gauge which represents the Member’s achievement towards reaching each status. This percentage will change based on the volumes and regularity of the Member’s shipments.

MEMBERSHIP ACCESS. Member will be entitled to access The Gym during its hours of operation as posted on website. Members can bring one (1) guest for a single trial class at no charge. Should Member violate any conditions of Membership Access, the membership may be revoked with no refund, and criminal prosecution may be applicable.
MEMBERSHIP ACCESS. 1. User must be competent to enter into a valid contract according to Section 11 of The Indian Contract Act, 1872 i.e.
a. he/she must be above the age of 18 years;
b. he/she must be of sound mind
c. he/she must not be disqualified from entering into this agreement by any law.
2. This Agreement in electronic form will be valid as per Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
3. The User’s registration for paid membership with the Website represents and warrants that the User shall ensure competency to enter into this Agreement as per S.11 of The Indian Contract Act, 1872 and thereby intend to agree and abide by terms of this Agreement.
4. Subsequently if the User realizes that they are unable to comply with the condition mentioned in clauses mentioned above, they must undertake to inform such disability to The Company at the earliest.

MEMBERSHIP ACCESS. The Mobile Application and website is not available to minors under the age of 18 or to any users suspended or removed from the system by Bonnti or any reason. In consideration of your use of the Mobile Application or website, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. If you do not qualify within the age limitations, you may not use the Bonnti Platforms.
