The Employer agrees that accredited representatives of the MFPE shall have full and free access to the premises of the Employer at any time during working hours to conduct Federation business so long as the duty function of the employee(s) is not impaired. Prior to entering premises, Federation representatives must check with the Employer to make their presence known.
