Common use of Vocational School Delay Clause in Contracts

Vocational School Delay. If any of the periods provided for in Sections 2, 3, or 4 herein are exceeded by reason of vocational school facilities being unavailable, such period of excess shall be credited to the Apprentice in succeeding training requirements.
