Volleyball Courts. The volleyball courts are to be shared amongst visitors unless otherwise posted as reserved. Nets will remain up at all times, however please bring your own volleyball.

Volleyball Courts. A sand court is located at Townsite beach and is used quite often during the summer and fall. A second court is located at the beach near Old Marina Campground and is used when water levels are down. The mud volley ball pit was turned into a sand pit and is used if other courts are busy. Strategies: *Continue high maintenance of sand courts because of their high use and proximity to beaches.

Volleyball Courts. At the beginning of the active season (April), inspect the courts for low spots and appropriate depth, damaged or loose edging, and proper netting. Any additional material, if needed to maintain appropriate depths, and any repairs shall be performed under a separate Work Order after approval from the Board. On a weekly basis, rake smooth sand surfaces and remove any weeds, animal waste, or debris. Inform the District if there is a need for a new net, additional sand, or any repairs. Report any damage or graffiti to the District Manager immediately.

  • MAGISTRATE’S COURT JURISDICTION The Parties hereto consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates' Court in terms of Section 45 read with Section 28 of the Magistrates’ Court Act of 1944 as amended. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, this shall not preclude either Party from approaching the High Court of South Africa for any relief sought.
