Common use of Voluntary Moves Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Moves. In the event that a position is open, teachers desiring a voluntary move will submit a written request to the Director of Human Resources. All such requests will be acknowledged in writing and teachers will be given an interview if licensed and qualified. If a teacher is not selected for a vacant position, s/he will be advised of such orally and will be provided with the reasons (orally) that s/he was not selected.
