Quality Control Inspector. Callaway Acquisition shall cause a quality ------------------------- control inspector employed by Callaway Acquisition to be on site at the Plant at all regular business hours of Armour for the purpose of inspection and quality control of Clubs assembled pursuant to this Agreement. Callaway Acquisition's quality control inspector shall immediately (and in any event within the same day of each assembly run) state any objection to any assembly run or portion thereof. If Callaway Acquisition's quality control inspector rejects all or any portion of a run for good cause, the parties shall work together to cure the defect which gave rise to the rejection and Armour shall bear the cost of remediation; provided, however, that if the defect which gave rise to the rejection is related to a Component, Callaway Acquisition shall bear the cost of such remediation. If Armour is not so immediately advised through Callaway's quality control inspector of Callaway Acquisition's objection of Clubs assembled, then such Clubs shall be deemed accepted by Callaway Acquisition "AS IS." Callaway Acquisition waives any contract or warranty claim or defense based on the quality of the assembled Clubs; and Armour shall bear no liability or responsibility whatsoever related to assembled Clubs sold hereunder other than as expressly provided in this paragraph.

Quality Control Inspector. The work of a Quality Control/Inspector shall consist of the overall inspection of aircraft (including power plant) in connection with major repairs and/or overhaul. The work of a Quality Control/Inspector shall include major and intermediate checks, the inspection of materials, parts and sub-assemblies but not necessarily the inspection of materials, parts and sub-assemblies required of a Technician to accomplish his work. A Quality Control/Inspector must be capable of performing the inspection of work assigned in accordance with the duties ofauthorized inspector” as set forth in the RSM and must hold such valid licenses as are required by the Federal Aviation Regulations to fulfill their duties as Quality Control. Quality Control/Inspectors may be required to sign for their own work and inspect and approve the work of others; provided, however, that such inspection and approval shall not relieve any other technician of applicable license requirements and legal responsibility for the work he has performed or from being required to complete and/or sign appropriate Company work records.

  • Quality Control Procedures The Seller shall have an internal quality control program that verifies, on a regular basis, the existence and accuracy of the legal documents, credit documents, property appraisals, and underwriting decisions. The program must be capable of evaluating and monitoring the overall quality of its loan production and servicing activities. The program is to ensure that the Mortgage Loans are originated and serviced in accordance with prudent mortgage banking practices and accounting principles; guard against dishonest, fraudulent, or negligent acts; and guard against errors and omissions by officers, employees, or other authorized persons.

  • Quality Assurance The parties endorse the underlying principles of the Company’s Quality Management System, which seeks to ensure that its services are provided in a manner which best conforms to the requirements of the contract with its customer. This requires the Company to establish and maintain, implement, train and continuously improve its procedures and processes, and the employees to follow the procedures, document their compliance and participate in the improvement process. In particular, this will require employees to regularly and reliably fill out documentation and checklists to signify that work has been carried out in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. Where necessary, training will be provided in these activities.

  • Acceptance Testing At the time of installation of a LIS trunk group, and at no additional charge, acceptance tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.

  • Inspection; Compliance Lessor and Lessor's Lender(s) (as defined in Paragraph 8.3(a)) shall have the right to enter the Premises at any time, in the case of an emergency, and otherwise at reasonable times, for the purpose of inspecting the condition of the Premises and for verifying compliance by Lessee with this Lease and all Applicable Laws (as defined in Paragraph 6.3), and to employ experts and/or consultants in connection therewith and/or to advise Lessor with respect to Lessee's activities, including but not limited to the installation, operation, use, monitoring, maintenance, or removal of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank on or from the Premises. The costs and expenses of any such inspections shall be paid by the party requesting same, unless a Default or Breach of this Lease, violation of Applicable Law, or a contamination, caused or materially contributed to by Lessee is found to exist or be imminent, or unless the inspection is requested or ordered by a governmental authority as the result of any such existing or imminent violation or contamination. In any such case, Lessee shall upon request reimburse Lessor or Lessor's Lender, as the case may be, for the costs and expenses of such inspections.

  • Inspection and Testing Each Constructing Entity shall cause inspection and testing of the Interconnection Facilities that it constructs in accordance with the provisions of this section. The Construction Parties acknowledge and agree that inspection and testing of facilities may be undertaken as facilities are completed and need not await completion of all of the facilities that a Constructing Entity is building.
