Common use of Voluntary Options Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Options. (i) Any teacher (including a teacher holding a job sharing position) whose position as a permanently appointed secondary teacher or specialist secondary teacher of technology who comes within the coverage in clauses 1.4(a) or (c) is disestablished in accordance with clause 3.9 as a result of voluntary election or otherwise, has the options available, where applicable, as provided for in clause 3.9.
