Voluntary Requests for Alcohol or Substance Abuse Counseling/Treatment. Any driver who voluntarily requests alcohol or substance abuse counseling or treatment through the Xxxxxxx Community Schools before being tested or being requested to be tested, shall be referred to a substance abuse professional to determine what assistance, if any, the driver needs in resolving problems associated with alcohol misuse and/or controlled substance use.
