Common use of Voluntary Retirement Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Retirement. The Trustee may, subject to clause 20.5, resign on giving to the Manager (with a copy to the Designated Rating Agency) not less than 3 months' notice in writing (or such other period as the Manager and the Trustee may agree) of its intention to do so.

Voluntary Retirement. The Trustee Manager may, subject to clause 20.516.5, resign on giving to the Manager Trustee (with a copy to the Designated Rating Agency) and the Note Trustee not less than 3 months120 days' notice in writing (or such other period as the Manager and the Trustee may agree) of its intention to do so.
