Common use of Voluntary Retirement Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Retirement. No employee will be subject to involuntary retirement because of attainment of a specified age. Nothing contained herein, however, shall limit the right of the University to terminate the employment of any employee if and when, in the judgment of the University, the employee is no longer qualified to perform the duties of employment.
