Voluntary Transfer or Promotion. A. Employees who desire a vacant position shall submit their bid in writing to the Superintendent within the posting period. Late bids shall not be accepted unless there are no qualified bidders who applied within the posted time limits. All timely bids will be reviewed and all timely bidders shall be interviewed for the position.
