Voucher Approval. The Governing Body authorizes the Head Administrator or his/her designee, pursuant to NMAC 6.20.2.14(H), to approve vouchers for payment prior to a Governing Body meeting. A summary listing of the vouchers and any additional information prescribed by the Governing Body shall be presented during periodic Finance Committee meetings and/or at the next regular Governing Body meeting for formal approval.

  • Other Approvals All regulatory approvals required to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby shall have been obtained and shall remain in full force and effect and all statutory waiting periods in respect thereof shall have expired (all such approvals and the expiration of all such waiting periods being referred to herein as the "Requisite Regulatory Approvals").

  • FAA APPROVAL This Agreement may be subject to approval of the FAA. If the FAA disapproves this Agreement, it will become null and void, and both Parties will bear their own expenses relative to this Agreement, up to the date of disapproval.

Comptroller's approval of contracts let by the Office of General Services is required when such contracts exceed $85,000 (State Finance Law Section 163.6-a). However, such pre-approval shall not be required for any contract established as a centralized contract through the Office of General Services or for a purchase order or other transaction issued under such centralized contract.
