COMPENSATION AND WAGES. 1. Effective July 1, 2020, employees shall be placed on a Merit Track (Exhibit B) in accordance with their classification grade (Exhibit A) and the agreed to worksheet. If the July 1, 2020 Merit Track placement results in the employee receiving 4% or higher, the employee will not be eligible for a merit track advancement in the first year of this agreement. If the July 1, 2020 Merit Track placement results in the employee receiving 1% or lower, employee will be placed on the next higher step.

COMPENSATION AND WAGES. Bargaining unit employees shall be placed at the appropriate step on the applicable wage schedule in each year of this Agreement (see attached hourly rate schedules). In the first two years of this Agreement (2019-2020 and 2020-2021), each bargaining unit member enrolled in the district’s health insurance program during the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 school years, shall receive in the last pay in November a stipend of $145.00 to compensate for the past two years that this unit had to pay more for insurance than District teachers.
COMPENSATION AND WAGES. ‌ Agreement Effective July 1, 2018 employees in the bargaining unit will be eligible for an annual merit pay wage increase of between zero percent (0%) and three percent (3.0%) (based upon the results of the annual performance evaluation process). See attached Exhibit A & A-1. Effective July 1, 2019 employee in the bargaining unit will be eligible for an annual merit pay wage increase of between zero percent (0.0%) and four percent (4.0%) (based upon the results of the annual performance evaluation process). See attached Exhibit A & A-2. Any merit salary increase so awarded shall be based on a rating of employees by their supervisor using a systematic and formal evaluation process to be completed as set forth below. The department head will consider the written evaluation, the personnel file, recommendations of the supervisor and such other information to determine the base wage adjustment. Merit pay increases will not be diminished because of financial considerations of the department or the City.
COMPENSATION AND WAGES. Effective July 1, 2016, the Ironton Support Staff Association bargaining unit employees shall receive the same salary percentage increase, the same one time lump-sum payment of $1,000, and such subsequent percentage raises and bonuses that may be negotiated for the Ironton Education Association for the duration of this contract.
