Common use of Wage Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Wage Adjustment. If at any time during the existence of this Agreement a wage increase should be granted, any employee receiving more than the minimum wage as provided in this Agreement shall receive the same wage adjustments but for no reason shall his wages be reduced before making said adjustments.
