Common use of Wage Schedule Assignments Clause in Contracts

Wage Schedule Assignments. If an employee is assigned to a new territory or locality for which no wage schedule assignment is indicated for the employee’s title, the Company shall make a tentative wage schedule assignment to cover the situation. If the final wage schedule assignment is different from the tentative assignment, an employee who holds such position during the period of tentative assignment shall be eligible to receive wage treatment during such period in accordance with the final assignment.
