Common use of Wages Every Second Thursday Clause in Contracts

Wages Every Second Thursday. Wages shall be paid every second Thursday with a maximum of five (5) working days' held back, in a manner convenient to the Company but in such a way as to eliminate waiting on the part of the employees. Employees will be given a proper statement of all hours, covering each pay period.
