WAGES/HOURS OF WORK/REST PERIOD. 1. Notwithstanding Schedule “I”, Part Time employees can be scheduled to work during the period of April 1 to October 1, but not to the extent that it prevents the recall of regular full time employees. 2. Notwithstanding Article 12.08 (b), Part Time employees can also be scheduled in relief of regular full time employees absent due to vacation, illness, WSIB, leaves of absence, maternity leaves, etc, and to cover temporary increased production requirements, general work, etc., but not to the extent they displace regular full time employees or prevent the hiring or recall of regular full time employees. 3. Part Time Employees will be scheduled to work a minimum of four (4) hours per shift and shall be scheduled in accordance with their seniority, subject to their qualifications to perform the work.
