Common use of Wages of Discharged Employee Clause in Contracts

Wages of Discharged Employee. Upon receipt of notice of discharge, the discharged employee may demand payment of all wages and lump-sum payments for accrued benefits to which the employee was entitled to as of the date of the discharge. Upon demand for payment, the employer shall have a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days within which to pay the full amount lawfully due the discharged employee.
