Common use of Waiver of Additional Bargaining Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Additional Bargaining. The parties acknowledge that during the course of the negotiations which resulted in this Agreement each had the right to make demands, proposals, counter proposals with respect to any matter not specifically excluded by law and that this Agreement has been arrived at following the full exercise of this right. It is therefore understood that neither party shall be obliged to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered by the Agreement or with regard to any subject or matter not referred to or covered by this Agreement.
