Common use of Waiver of Additional Bargaining Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Additional Bargaining. The parties hereby acknowledge that the terms and conditions included in this Agreement represent the full and complete understanding between the parties. The Board and Association, for the life of this Agreement, each waive any obligation to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter that may or may not have been know to either or both of the parties at the time this Agreement was negotiated or signed and that any bargaining will be limited to a successor agreement, except that with a written mutual consent of both parties, such matters may be discussed and Agreement modified.
