Common use of – WAIVER OF HEALTHCARE COVERAGE Clause in Contracts

– WAIVER OF HEALTHCARE COVERAGE. Employees electing not to participate in the health insurance program, Healthcare Coverage, will be eligible to receive a per month credit in lieu of receiving such coverage.
