Waivers by Tenant. The Tenant, for the Tenant, and on behalf of any and all persons, firms and corporations claiming through or under the Tenant, including creditors of all kinds, does hereby waive and surrender all right and privilege which they or any of them might have under or by reason of any present or future law to redeem the premises or to have a continuance of this Lease for the full term hereby demised after the Tenant is dispossessed or ejected therefrom by process of law or under the terms of this Lease or after the expiration or termination of this Lease as herein provided or pursuant to law. The Tenant also waives (a) the right of the Tenant to trial by jury in any summary dispossess or other proceeding that may hereafter be instituted by the Landlord against the Tenant in respect of the premises or in any action that may be brought to recover rent, damages or other sums payable hereunder, and (b) the provisions of any law relating to notice and/or delay in levy of execution in case of an eviction or dispossess of a tenant for nonpayment of rent, and of any other law of like import now or hereafter in effect. If the Landlord commences any such summary dispossess proceeding, the Tenant will not interpose any counterclaim of whatever nature or description in such proceeding.

Waivers by Tenant. Section 22.01. Tenant, for itself, and on behalf of any and all persons claiming through or under it, including creditors of all kinds, does hereby waive and surrender all rights and privileges which they or any of them might have under or by reason of any present or future law, to redeem the Demised Premises or to have a continuance of this Lease for the term hereby demised after having-been dispossessed or ejected therefrom by process of law or after the termination of this Lease as provided herein. Section 22.02. In the event Landlord commences any summary proceeding (whether for nonpayment of rent, or for Tenant’s holding-over, or otherwise), or an ejectment action to recover possession of the Demised Premises, or other action for non-payment of rent, or for a breach of any of the covenants and conditions hereunder, Tenant covenants and agrees that it will not interpose any counterclaim or set-off in any such action or proceeding, or seek by consolidation or otherwise to interpose any counterclaim or set-off unless the failure to assert same would constitute a waiver of such counterclaim or set-off by Tenant and Landlord fails to waive the right to assert such waiver in writing. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tenant hereby waives trial by jury and agrees that Tenant will not interpose any counterclaim or set-off of whatsoever nature or description in any matter whatsoever arising out of or in any way connected with this Lease, the relationship of Landlord and Tenant, or Tenant’s use or occupancy of the Demised Premises, any claim of injury or damage, any claim of failure to provide services, or any emergency or other statutory remedy with respect thereto. Any claim that Tenant may have against Landlord shall be separately prosecuted and Tenant waives a trial by jury relative thereto. The provisions of this Article shall survive the breach or termination of this Lease. Section 22.03. In the event Tenant claims or asserts that Landlord has violated or failed to perform a covenant of Landlord not to unreasonably withhold or delay Landlord’s consent or approval, or in any case where Landlord’s reasonableness in exercising its judgment is in issue, Tenant’s sole remedy shall be an action for specific performance, declaratory judgment or injunction and in no event shall Tenant be entitled to any money damages for a breach of such covenant and in no event shall Tenant claim or assert any claims in any money damages in any action or by way of set ...
Waivers by Tenant. In the event of a termination of this Lease as a result of an Event of Default, Tenant hereby waives all right to recover or regain possession of the Premises, to save forfeiture by payment of Rent due or by other performance of the conditions, terms or provisions hereof, and without limitation of or by the foregoing, Tenant waives all right to reinstate or redeem this Lease notwithstanding any provisions of any statute, law or decision now or hereafter in force or effect and Tenant waives all right to any second or further trial in summary proceedings, ejectment, forcible entry and detainer, forcible detainer or in any other action provided by any statute or decision now or hereafter in force or effect. Landlord shall not be required to serve Tenant with any notices or demands as a prerequisite to its exercise of any of its rights or remedies under this Lease, other than those notices and demands specifically required under this Lease. Tenant expressly waives the service of any statutory demand or notice that is a prerequisite to Landlord’s commencement of eviction proceedings against Tenant. including, without limitation. the demands and notices specified in the Texas Property Code.
Waivers by Tenant. Tenant hereby waives and surrenders for itself and all those claiming under it, including creditors of all kinds, (i) any right or privilege which it or any of them may have under any present or future construction, statute or rule of law to redeem the Premises or to have a continuance of this Lease for the term hereby demised after termination of Tenant's right of occupancy by order or judgment of any court or by any legal process or writ, or under the terms of this Lease or after the termination of the term of this Lease as herein provided, and (ii) the benefits of any present or future constitution, statute or rule of law which exempts property from liability for debt or for distress for rent.
Waivers by Tenant. Tenant expressly waives all of the following: (a) the requirement under Chapter 83.12 of the Florida Statutes that the plaintiff in his distress for rent action file a bond payable to the Tenant in at least double the sum demanded by the plaintiff, it being understood that no bond shall be required in any such action; (b) the right of Tenant under Chapter 83.14 of the Florida Statutes to replevy distrained property; and (c) any rights it may have in the selection of venue in the event of suit by or against Landlord, it being understood that the venue of such suit shall be in Broward County, Florida.

Waivers by Tenant. Tenant expressly waives the right to delay execution on any real estate that may be levied upon to collect any amount which may become due under the terms and conditions of this Lease and any right to have the same appraised. Tenant agrees that said real estate may be sold on a writ of execution or other process.
