Loading and Unloading You are responsible for the loading and unloading of the Equipment. IF OUR EMPLOYEES ASSIST IN LOADING OR UNLOADING THE EQUIPMENT, YOU ASSUME THE RISK OF ANY RESULTING DAMAGE OR INJURY AND SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS XXXXXXX FROM AND AGAINST ANY LOSS, COST OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES AND EXPENSES) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SAME, WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, BY OUR NEGLIGENCE OR THE NEGLIGENCE OF OUR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR ASSIGNS.
Parking and Transportation The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the University may apply changes in transportation policy, including adjusting parking and U-Pass fees and criteria for assigning parking spots, to the bargaining unit without the obligation to bargain with the Union. The Union may raise issues and concerns about the University’s parking program at Joint Labor/Management Committee meetings or at ad hoc Labor Management Committee meetings. The Union shall have a standing seat on the University’s committee(s) that work on transportation and parking issues.
Cutting and Patching The Contractor shall be responsible for cutting, fitting or patching required to complete the Work or to make its parts fit together properly.
Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. This excludes parking for Contractor’s personnel. Contractor shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees as a result of its use of the common areas.
