Warranties of Business Customer. YOU EXPRESSLY REPRESENT AND WARRANT TO US THAT NONE OF THE COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS THAT ARE OR WILL BE SUBJECT TO TRANSACTIONS PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED, OR ARE BEING OR WILL BE USED, FOR PERSONAL FAMILY OR HOUSEHOLD PURPOSES. You understand and agree that the Services may be used only for business purposes and that transactions hereunder are not governed by the Electronic Funds Transfer Act or Federal Reserve Board Regulation E, unless otherwise specified in this Agreement. For each such Deliverable, the foregoing warranty shall commence for such Deliverable upon the JBE’s acceptance of such Deliverable, and shall continue for a period of one (1) year following acceptance. In the event any Deliverable does not to conform to the foregoing warranty, Contractor shall promptly correct all nonconformities to the satisfaction of the JBE.
