Warranty Waiver. THE EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS, WHERE IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." WE ARE NEITHER THE OEM NOR THE AGENT OF THE OEM. ALTHOUGH WE MAY ADMINISTER WARRANTIES ISSUED BY THE OEM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT (i) ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES BY THE OEM FOR THE EQUIPMENT ARE NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY; (ii) THE OEM'S WARRANTY MAY CONTAIN LIMITATIONS; AND (iii) YOU MAY INCUR CERTAIN REPAIR, TRANSPORTATION OR OTHER CHARGES WHICH ARE NOT COVERED BY THE OEM'S WARRANTY. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE EQUIPMENT, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF CONDITION, COMPLIANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS OR REGULATIONS, QUALITY, DURABILITY, SUITABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), NOR DO WE MAKE ANY WARRANTY AGAINST INTERFERENCE, INFRINGEMENT, THAT THE EQUIPMENT IS FIT FOR YOUR INTENDED USE, APPLICATION OR ENVIRONMENT, OR THAT IT IS FREE FROM DEFECTS (LATENT OR PATENT). NO WARRANTIES SHALL BE DEEMED TO EXIST WITH RESPECT TO THE EQUIPMENT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT. ACCORDINGLY, YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LIABILITIES, CLAIMS, INJURIES, LOSSES, COSTS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OR ANY FAILURE OF, OR ANY UNKNOWN DEFECT IN OR WITH RESPECT TO, ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT. Any warranty by Xxxxxxx shall be null and void and have no legal effect if you fail to pay any amounts due for the Equipment at issue.
Warranty Waiver. 6.1. The Website, the Service, all of its content, and any files (test materials) received in connection with the use of the Service are provided ‘as is’ without representation or warranty, whether express, implied, or statutory. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant or guarantee that the Service, the Website or any information available at the Website or provided through it is accurate, reliable or correct, that the Service or the Website will meet your requirements or will be available at any particular time or location, or will be uninterrupted, error-free, without defect or secure, that any defects or errors will be corrected. We make no warranty of the Service or Website compatibility with any hardware, software, operating system, or data, no warranty of quality of the Service or the Website, no warranties against third-party claims and no warranties against viruses, malicious components, and other flaws.
Warranty Waiver. Neither Adictic nor any of its affiliates will provide representations or warranties about the services, including any statement that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and will provide such services (including content and information) "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, Adictic and its affiliates declare the waiver of any kind of implied or legal warranty, including implied warranties of title, data accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

PROVIDING PARTY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCT, METHOD, OR THE USE OF PATENT RIGHTS WILL NOT INFRINGE ANY OTHER PATENT OR OTHER PROPRIETARY RIGHTS.
Warranty Waiver. 14.1 Each party represents and warrants that it has the legal power and authority to enter into this Agreement and that, if you are an entity, this Agreement and each Order is entered into by an employee or agent of such party with all necessary authority to bind such party to this Agreement.

Warranty Waiver. The Equipment is provided “as-is” and “with all faults”. We make no warranty, express or implied (including without limitation, any and all warranties of suitability, merchantability and/or fitness for any particular purpose), nor do we make any warranty against interference, infringement, that the Equipment is fit for your intended use, application or environment, or that it is free from defects (latent or patent). No warranties shall be deemed to exist with respect to the equipment. Your sole remedy for any failure of or defect in or with respect to any of the Equipment is termination of the accrual of rental charges at the time of failure.

Grand Central Party makes NO Warranties, Express Or Implied (Including Any Implied Warranties Of Suitability, Merchantability, Fitness, Function, Design, Capacity, and/or Freedom From Defects and/or Interference With, Or Infringement Of, Intellectual Property Rights), Nor does Grand Central Party Make Any Warranty Of Workmanlike Performance With Respect To Deliveries Or Installations, All Of Which You Hereby Waive.
