Warranty Xxxx of Sale. The Warranty Xxxx of Sale is intended to supplement the provisions of this Agreement. To the extent that any of the provisions contained in the Warranty Xxxx of Sale are inconsistent with or contrary to the provisions of this Agreement or in the event of a disagreement related to this transaction, the provisions of this Agreement shall govern. The Warranty Xxxx of Sale is incorporated into this Agreement and the rights and obligations thereunder are not separate from this Agreement and the documents are one and the same. Buyer shall be entitled to have this Agreement duly notarized, apostilled, translated into Spanish and validly filed under the laws of the State of Registration, including without limitation, with the Aviation Authorities and any other applicable Governmental Entities and non-governmental authorities.
