Washrooms nightly. Sweep, wash and dry all flooring, with approved germicidal detergent solution. • Wash and polish all mirrors, powder shelves, bright work, etc. • Wash and disinfect all basins, bowls and urinals, with germicidal detergent solution. • Wash both sides of all toilet seats, with approved germicidal detergent solution. • Wash all resilient tile floors in toilet powder rooms or vacuum, if carpeted. • Fill toilet tissue holders, soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers and sanitary napkin dispensers. • Only odorless disinfectants shall be used in cleaning of lavatories. • Remove stains as necessary, clean under-side of rims of urinals and bowls, wash down ceilings (unless acoustical tile) and walls in washroom and stalls from trim to floor as often as necessary, but at least once every 30 days. • Scrub floors as needed, but not less than once each week. • Machine scrub flooring as necessary, with approved germicidal detergent solution. • Wash all lighting fixture exteriors as necessary. • Do all high dusting approximately once a month. • Clean urinals and bowls with scale solvent as needed, but not less than once a week. • Damp-wipe and wash all partitions, tile walls, dispensers and receptacles. • Remove wastepaper and refuse to a designated area in the building and dispose of same. • Wipe down hand dryers TENANT SPECIFIC

  • NIGHTLY a. All floors in Group A to be swept, wet mopped and rinsed.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Lavatories Cleaning and janitorial services to be provided in the common area lavatories of the building shall include:

  • Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.

  • Cleaning 4.6.1 To keep the Property clean, tidy and free from rubbish;

  • Lighting Landlord will furnish both Building Standard and non-Building Standard lamps, bulbs, ballasts and starters that are part of the Leasehold Improvements for purchase by Tenant at Landlord's cost, plus Landlord's standard administration fee. Landlord will install non-Building Standard items at Landlord's scheduled rate for this service.

  • Wash all machine-washable bedding, drapes, and clothing, on the hottest water temperature and dry on the highest heat setting. Items that cannot be washed must be taken to a dry cleaner who MUST be informed of the issue. You must safely discard ALL items that cannot be decontaminated.

  • Janitorial Tenant shall be required to contract directly with Landlord’s designated janitorial services provider to perform janitorial services and other cleaning to the Premises, including interior window washing, in a manner and on a cleaning schedule consistent with Landlord’s janitorial specifications for the Building, and Tenant shall pay the cost of such contract directly to such janitorial services provider. Landlord shall have the right upon no less than thirty (30) days prior written notice to Tenant, from time to time, to change its designated janitorial services provider for the Building, in which event Tenant shall terminate its contract with Landlord’s previously designated janitorial services provider (so long as such termination will not require Tenant to incur any additional cost in excess of three percent (3%) of Tenant’s previous cost) and enter into a contract with Landlord’s newly designated janitorial services provider on terms which are reasonably acceptable to Tenant. Landlord shall have the right upon no less than five (5) business days’ prior written notice to Tenant to inspect the Premises (subject to the Landlord entry requirements set forth in Article 27, below) for purposes of confirming that Tenant is cleaning the Premises as required by this Section 6.1.4, and to require Tenant to provide additional cleaning, if reasonably necessary. In the event Tenant shall fail to provide any of the services described in this Section 6.1.4 within five (5) business days after notice from Landlord, which notice shall not be required in the event of an emergency, Landlord shall have the right to provide such services and any charge or cost reasonably incurred by Landlord in connection therewith shall be deemed Additional Rent due and payable by Tenant within thirty (30) days following receipt by Tenant of a written statement of cost from Landlord. Failure of Tenant to comply with any one or more of the foregoing provisions shall be deemed to be a default under this Lease. Landlord shall provide janitorial services to the Common Areas, which services shall include exterior window washing services in a manner consistent with other Comparable Buildings, the costs of which shall be included in Operating Expenses.

  • Interior (a) Ceilings, sidewalls and bulkhead panels shall be clean and free of cracks and stains;

  • Windows Windows in the Premises shall not be covered or obstructed by Lessee. No bottles, parcels or other articles shall be placed on the windowsills, in the halls, or in any other part of the Building other than the Premises. No article shall be thrown out of the doors or windows of the Premises.
