Waste Audit. The City may choose to perform a hand-sort analysis of up to two (2) 25-cubic yard packer truckloads of refuse collected from the City no less frequently than every twelve (12) months. The Contractor agrees to transport the loaded vehicle to a contractor agreeable to both the City and vendor's legal counsel at no cost to the City, provided that such an outside contractor is located within sixty (60) miles of City Hall.

Waste Audit. The Consultant will perform a waste audit of all current sources of waste material currently generated on the airport. The audit will summarize material source, amount, current disposal protocol, and applicable State and Federal requirements for disposal, if any. This will include waste material generated from standard annual operations at the airfield and a basic summary of construction waste material generated through airfield improvement projects. The waste audit will catalog waste sources including hangar tenants, FBO and maintenance hangar wastes, annual event wastes, deplaned waste, routine airport infield maintenance waste (yard debris), and construction waste generated through projects identified on the 5-year CIP. The waste audit will summarize waste over the busiest summer month and also include estimates for any annual events. The “ownership” and responsibility for recycling or disposal of each waste source will be identified in the audit.

  • Single Audit Act Compliance If the Contractor is a subrecipient and expends $750,000 or more in federal awards from any and/or all sources in any fiscal year, the Contractor shall procure and pay for a single audit or a program-specific audit for that fiscal year. Upon completion of each audit, the Contractor shall:

  • Single Audit Act These funds are considered to be federal financial assistance subject to the Single Audit Act (31 U.S.C. §§ 7501-7507) and the related provisions of the Uniform Guidance.   • State Audits Under Minnesota Statute § 16C.05, subdivision 5, the Contractor’s books, records, documents, and accounting procedures and practices relevant to any Work Authorization are subject to examination by the State and/or the State Auditor or Legislative Auditor, as appropriate, for a minimum of six years from the end of this Professional and Technical Services Master Contract.

  • OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET (OMB) AUDIT REQUIREMENTS The parties shall comply with the requirements of the Single Audit Act of 1984, P.L. 98-502, ensuring that the single audit report includes the coverage stipulated in 2 CFR 200.

  • STATE AUDIT 12 Pursuant to Government Code Section 8546.7, CITY and COUNTY shall be 13 subject to examination and audit by the State Auditor for a period of three (3) 14 years after final payment by CITY to COUNTY under this Agreement. CITY 15 and COUNTY shall retain all records relating to the performance of this 16 Agreement for said three-year period, except that those records pertaining to 17 any audit then in progress, or to any claim or litigation, shall be retained beyond 18 said three-year period, until final resolution of said audit, claim or litigation.

  • Single Audit Subrecipient must be audited as required by 2 CFR part 200, subpart F when it is expected that Subrecipient's Federal awards expended during the respective fiscal year equaled or exceeded the threshold set forth in §200.501 Audit requirements.

  • E9 Audit E9.1 The Contractor shall keep and maintain until six (6) years after the end of the Contract Period, or as long a period as may be agreed between the Parties, full and accurate records of the Contract including the Services supplied under it, all expenditure reimbursed by the Authority, and all payments made by the Authority. The Contractor shall on request afford the Authority or the Authority’s representatives such access to those records and processes as may be requested by the Authority in connection with the Contract.

  • State Auditor In accordance with Government Code Section 8546.7, the Consultant may be subject to audit by the California State Auditor with regard to the Consultant’s performance of this Master Agreement if the compensation of the Maximum Total Compensation exceeds $10,000.

  • SAO AUDIT A. The state auditor may conduct an audit or investigation of any entity receiving funds from the state directly under the Contract or indirectly through a subcontract under the Contract. The acceptance of funds directly under the Contract or indirectly through a subcontract under the Contract acts as acceptance of the authority of the state auditor, under the direction of the legislative audit committee, to conduct an audit or investigation in connection with those funds. Under the direction of the legislative audit committee, an entity that is the subject of an audit or investigation by the state auditor must provide the state auditor with access to any information the state auditor considers relevant to the investigation or audit.
