Common use of Waste Characterization Study Clause in Contracts

Waste Characterization Study. 33 CITY may require that a waste characterization study be undertaken by the 34 CONTRACTOR, or the CITY may elect to conduct the study. In the event the CITY 35 requests participation of the CONTRACTOR, CONTRACTOR shall within fifteen (15) 36 calendar days of receipt of a written request for a waste characterization study, provide 37 the City Representative a written cost proposal for performance of the waste 38 characterization study. If the City Representative accepts CONTRACTOR’s cost 39 proposal, CONTRACTOR shall participate in the waste characterization study to the 1 extent set forth in the approved study plan, and CITY shall compensate CONTRACTOR 2 at the rate described in the CONTRACTOR’s cost proposal.
