Service Unit Counts. 31 CITY will utilize the Customer Service System to maintain the customer database 32 from which the SFD Service Unit counts will be derived. In the event CONTRACTOR 33 does not agree with any of the SFD Service Unit counts as maintained by CITY, 34 CONTRACTOR may at any time, but not more often than once per Agreement Year, 35 request that CITY and CONTRACTOR perform a joint route audit of the Service Unit 1 count at issue. Such audit shall be at no cost to CITY other than labor costs for CITY 2 staff.

In the event CONTRACTOR does not agree with 12 the SFD Service Unit count or the Small Civic Service Unit count as maintained by CITY, 13 CONTRACTOR may, at any time but not more often than once per Agreement Year, 14 request that CITY and CONTRACTOR perform a joint route audit of the SFD Service 15 Units, Small Commercial Business Service Units and/or the Small Civic Service Units in 16 the Service District(s).   • Service Awards The County shall continue its present policy with respect to service awards including time off; provided, however, that the type of award given shall be at the sole discretion of the County. The following procedures shall apply with respect to service awards:

  • Stock Plan Administration Service Providers The Company transfers participant data to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. In the future, the Company may select a different service provider and share the Participant’s data with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Company’s service provider will open an account for the Participant to receive and trade Shares. The Participant will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the service provider, which is a condition to the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan.

  • Performance Indicators The HSP’s delivery of the Services will be measured by the following Indicators, Targets and where applicable Performance Standards.   • Service Award Named Plaintiff may apply to the Court for a service award of up to ten thousand dollars ($10,000). Subject to the Court’s approval, the service award shall be paid from the Settlement Fund ten (10) days after the Effective Date.

  • Performance Share Units The Committee may, in its discretion, grant to Executive performance share units subject to performance vesting conditions (collectively, the “Performance Units”), which shall be subject to restrictions on their sale as set forth in the Plan and an associated Performance Unit Grant Letter.

  • Performance Units Subject to the limitations set forth in paragraph (c) hereof, the Committee may in its discretion grant Performance Units to any Eligible Person and shall evidence such grant in an Award Agreement that is delivered to the Participant which sets forth the terms and conditions of the Award.

  • Performance Share Awards On the Performance Share Vesting Date next following the Executive's date of death, the number of Performance Shares that shall become Vested Performance Shares shall be determined by multiplying (a) that number of shares of Company Common Stock subject to the Performance Share Agreement that would have become Vested Performance Shares had no such termination occurred; provided, however, in no case shall the number of Performance Shares that become Vested Performance Shares exceed 100% of the Target Number of Performance Shares set forth in the Performance Share Agreement, by (b) the ratio of the number of full months of the Executive's employment with the Company during the Performance Period (as defined in the Performance Share Agreement) to the number of full months contained in the Performance Period. Vested Common Shares shall be issued in settlement of such Vested Performance Shares on the Settlement Date next following the Executive’s date of death.

  • Performance Awards With respect to any Performance Award, the length of any Performance Period, the Performance Goals to be achieved during the Performance Period, the other terms and conditions of such Award, and the measure of whether and to what degree such Performance Goals have been attained will be determined by the Board.

  • Stock Plan Administration Service Provider The Company transfers the Optionee's Personal Information to Fidelity Stock Plan Services LLC, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan (the “Stock Plan Administrator”). In the future, the Company may select a different Stock Plan Administrator and share the Optionee's Personal Information with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Stock Plan Administrator will open an account for the Optionee to receive and trade Shares acquired under the Plan. The Optionee will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Stock Plan Administrator, which is a condition to the Optionee’s ability to participate in the Plan.

  • Performance Shares Each Performance Share is a bookkeeping entry that records the equivalent of one Share. Upon the vesting of the Performance Shares as provided in Section 2, the vested Performance Shares will be settled as provided in Section 3.
