Waste Generation and Characterization Studies. CONTRACTOR acknowledges 2 that CITY must perform Garbage generation and characterization studies periodically to comply 3 with AB 939 requirements. CONTRACTOR agrees to participate and cooperate with CITY and 4 its agents and to perform studies and data collection exercises, as needed, to determine 5 weights, volumes and composition of Garbage generated, disposed, transformed, diverted or 6 otherwise processed to comply with AB 939.
