Water Conservation. 1. Whenever possible the use of water shall be minimized, particularly during cleanup operations. 2. All irrigation supply systems shall be kept in good working condition and leaks shall be repaired promptly. 3. Nothing in this section shall relieve Contractor from adequately maintaining any area in accordance with these specifications.
