Common use of Water Clause in Contracts

Water. Landlord shall provide water in the core lavatories on each floor of the Building. If Tenant requires water for any additional purposes, Tenant shall pay for the cost of bringing water to the Premises and Landlord may install a meter to measure the water. Tenant shall pay the cost of such installation, and for all maintenance, repairs and replacements thereto, and for the reasonable charges of Landlord for the water consumed.

Water. Landlord shall provide water in the core lavatories lavatories, drinking fountains and janitor’s closets on each floor of the Building. If Tenant requires water in excess of that used by a normal office building tenant of similar size using its premises for any additional purposesnormal office use, Tenant shall pay for the cost of bringing water to the Premises and Landlord may install a meter to measure the water. Tenant shall pay the cost of such installation, and for all maintenance, repairs and replacements thereto, and for the reasonable charges of Landlord for the water consumed.

If Tenant requires water for any additional purposes, Tenant shall pay for the cost of bringing water to the Premises and Landlord may install a meter to measure the water. Tenant shall pay the cost of such installation, and for all maintenance, repairs and replacements thereto, and for the reasonable charges of Landlord for the water consumed.

If Tenant requires water for any additional purposes, Tenant shall pay for the cost of bringing water to the Premises and Landlord may install a meter to measure the water. Tenant shall pay the cost of such installation, and for all maintenance, repairs and replacements thereto, and for the reasonable charges of Landlord for the water consumed.

If Tenant requires water for any additional purposes, Tenant shall pay for the cost of bringing water to the Premises and Landlord may install a meter to measure the water. Tenant shall pay the cost of such installation, and for all maintenance, repairs and replacements thereto, and for the reasonable charges of Landlord for the water consumed.

If Tenant requires water for any additional purposes, Tenant shall pay for the cost of bringing water to the Premises and Landlord may install a meter to measure the water. Tenant shall pay the cost of such installation, and for all maintenance, repairs and replacements thereto, and for the reasonable charges of Landlord for the water consumed.

Water. Landlord shall provide warm and cold water in the core lavatories on each floor of the BuildingBuilding and cold water for the pantry area of the Premises. If Tenant requires water for any additional purposes, Tenant shall pay for the cost of bringing water to the Premises and Landlord may install a meter to measure the water. Tenant shall pay the reasonable cost of such installation, and for all maintenance, repairs and replacements thereto, and for the reasonable charges of Landlord for the water consumed.

Water. Landlord shall provide warm and cold water in the core lavatories on each floor of the BuildingBuilding and for pantry purposes. If Tenant requires water for any additional purposes, Tenant shall pay for the cost of bringing water to the Premises and Landlord may install a meter to measure the water. Tenant shall pay the cost of such installation, and for all maintenance, repairs and replacements thereto, and for the reasonable charges of Landlord for the water consumed.

Water. Landlord shall provide water in the core lavatories on each floor of the Building. If Tenant requires water for any additional purposes, Tenant Tenant’ shall pay for the cost of bringing water to the Premises and Landlord may install a meter to measure the water. Tenant shall pay the cost of such installation, and for all maintenance, repairs and replacements thereto, and for the reasonable charges of Landlord for the water consumed.

Water. Landlord shall provide warm and cold water in the core lavatories on each floor of the BuildingBuilding and cold water for the pantry area of the Premises. If Tenant requires water for any additional purposes, Tenant shall pay for the cost of bringing water to the Premises and Landlord may install a meter to measure the water. Tenant shall pay the reasonable cost of such installation, and for all maintenance, repairs and replacements thereto, and for the reasonable charges of Landlord for the water consumed.. Section 10.7

Water. Landlord shall provide water in the core lavatories on each floor of the BuildingBuilding and to the break rooms and lunch rooms contained within the Premises. If Tenant requires water for any additional purposes, Tenant shall pay for the cost of bringing water to the Premises and Landlord may install a meter submeter to measure the water. Tenant shall pay the cost of such installation, installation and for all maintenance, repairs and replacements thereto, and for the reasonable charges of Landlord for the water consumed.

Water. At no additional cost to Tenant, Landlord shall provide water in the core lavatories on each floor of the BuildingBuilding on which any portion of the Premises is located, and to the break room, if any, in the Premises. If Tenant requires water for any additional purposes, Tenant shall pay for the cost of bringing water to the Premises and Landlord may install a meter to measure the water. Tenant shall pay the cost of such installation, and for all maintenance, repairs and replacements thereto, and for the reasonable charges of Landlord for the water consumed.
