Wattenberg Term. For Y-grade from Wattenberg, this Agreement shall become effective on January 1, 1998 and shall remain in effect for an initial term of 10 calendar years (“Primary Term”), and thereafter It will automatically extend from calendar year to calendar year (“Extended Term”) unless either party terminates the Agreement by giving the other party notice of termination at least 60 days prior to the end of the Primary Term or any Extended Term. The Primary Term and any Extended Term will be called the “Wattenberg Term” of this Agreement.

  • Consulting Term Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Company agrees to retain the Consulting Director for a term of three (3) years commencing as of the date Consulting Director's retirement from the Board of Directors of the Company ("Effective Date"). The Company may not terminate the Consulting Director's service agreement prior to the end of the three-year term unless such termination is due to a Termination for Cause as defined herein.

  • Term of the Partnership The Partnership shall continue in existence until December 31, 2054, unless sooner terminated pursuant to amendment or as hereinafter set forth in Article IX.

It shall not be considered a violation of the foregoing, however, for the Executive to (i) serve on corporate, industry, educational, religious, civic, or charitable boards or committees or (ii) make and attend to passive personal investments in such form as will not require any material time or attention to the operations thereof during normal working time and will not violate the provisions of section 10 hereof, so long as such activities in clauses (i) and (ii) do not materially interfere with the performance of the Executive’s responsibilities as an employee of the Company in accordance with this Agreement or violate section 10 of this Agreement.

  • During the Term of Employment (a) Executive shall be eligible to participate in any life, health and long-term disability insurance programs, pension and retirement programs, stock option and other incentive compensation programs, and other fringe benefit programs made available to senior executive employees of the Company from time to time, and Executive shall be entitled to receive such other fringe benefits as may be granted to him from time to time by the Company's Board of Directors.

  • Contract Term The Contract Term shall mean the period of time commencing on the date of a Change in Control and ending on the Expiration Date.
