Common use of WCB and Return to Work Clause in Contracts

WCB and Return to Work. Where a Nurse has returned to work after being absent for injury on duty for which Xxxxxx’s Compensation Benefits are not payable, and where the absence due to injury on duty was for two days or less after the day of the injury, the Nurse shall receive an amount equal to regular pay from accumulated sick leave credits for the period in which the Nurse was unable to work as a result of the Nurse’s injury on duty.

WCB and Return to Work. Where a Nurse has returned to work after being absent for injury on duty for which XxxxxxWorker’s Compensation Benefits are not payable, and where the absence due to injury on duty was for two days or less after the day of the injury, the Nurse shall receive an amount equal to regular pay from accumulated sick leave credits for the period in which the Nurse was unable to work as a result of the Nurse’s injury on duty.

WCB and Return to Work. Where a Nurse has returned to work after being absent for injury on duty for which Xxxxxx’s 's Compensation Benefits are not payable, and where the absence due to injury on duty was for two days or less after the day of the injury, the Nurse shall receive an amount equal to regular pay from accumulated sick leave credits for the period in which the Nurse was unable to work as a result of the Nurse’s 's injury on duty.
